Glossary of Symbolism

Symbolism is not only an intricate part of the work, but is vital to the subconscious role in the spiritual awakening, and connects us to deeper roots of understanding that is held within the mitochondria DNA cell memory passed down from the matriarchal linage. Because the research I do is ever evolving this list is in constant flux as new works are created and new symbolisms are discovered. Each work I create shares almost equal, if not more, time dedicated to the research of the symbolism that is appropriate to use. (And sometimes, even I forget why I put something in a painting or even what it means, so this section is just as much for me as the viewer.) If there is anything in this section you have questions about, or isn't clear, please feel free to reach out to me, as I am always open to conversations or new understandings.

Animals
There is nothing ore ancient then animal symbolism! Humans have used animals before they had words, and they play a huge role inn communicating esoteric information, and we are deeply connected to the on a spiritual basis. I try to understand all the different ways animals are used, from totems & guides to messages or definitions. And just like vocabulary they are used according to the need of the visual conversation.
