"The Great Work"
Art as Alchemy
L Aerin Collett Fine Art presents a unique artistic vision that intertwines intellect and intuition, inviting viewers to engage with allegorical and metaphorical narratives. Each piece serves as a catalyst for personal growth, encouraging exploration of the hidden meanings within the questions posed by the artwork. Aerin's work draws on the ancient tradition of using imagery as a transformative tool, aiming to awaken the dormant potentials within.
Art as The Library Potocol
The gallery showcases a diverse range of artworks, each idea informs Aerin what materials would best fit the concept to ensure each design will inspire curiosity and introspection. With a focus on the fusion of emotional depth and intellectual inquiry, Aerin aims to create an immersive experience that not only captivates but also encourages personal development through visual storytelling. Organizing each piece and series into a library protocol helps understand the origin and function of an idea, concept, or visual conversations so as to better utilize its purpose of creation.

The Research
The heart of Aerin’s practice is a relentless pursuit of the "unifying truths" hidden within the fragments of human heritage. Her work is informed by two distinct layers of inquiry: the Macro-Research, which involves a deep-structure analysis of ancient Biblical narratives, mythological pantheons, Gnostic themes, and the deconstruction of spiritual metaphors; and the Micro-Research, where she conducts a nuanced investigation into the specific alchemical symbols and historical context required for an individual piece. By cross-referencing occult wisdom with scientific connections, Aerin ensures that every layer of transparent acrylic, copper leaf, or magnetic material is physically encoded with the frequency of her discoveries. This dual-layered research turns each canvas into a "Library"—a living document where the "Great Work" of the lab meets the spiritual labor of the studio.
Meet the Artist
Lisa Aerin Collett
Aerin graduated from the University of Utah in 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She currently lives and works in Manti, Utah, where she manages a vibrant household alongside her husband, two of their children, and an array of animals—including her dog, cat, chickens, and bees.
Her creative purpose is an extension of her personal practices; her art and life are a singular, ongoing spiritual experimentation. In her search for truth, she dives deep into the theological histories and teachings of the ages, meticulously learning to recognize and dismantle dogmatic systems. By identifying the teachings that obscure or gaslight the individual, she forges a sovereign path toward enlightenment. This journey is grounded by her connection to the natural world—whether she is working in her garden, hiking the local terrain, sleeping under the stars, or watching the sunrise from her porch. For Aerin, these moments of quiet observation are where frequency and matter truly meet.
